Playback Recommendation:
For optimal playback accuracy, use the “Direct” or “Pure Direct” mode on your amplifier if available

Once a recording has successfully passed the initial stages of selection and preparation, a second phase of work begins.
At this point the material already represents a carefully reconstructed and stabilized sound document.
These recordings form part of the DSE / PSL Archive — a curated collection of material that has met the fundamental standards of accuracy and acoustic integrity established by the project.
However, inclusion in the archive does not automatically guarantee suitability for final release.
The reproduction stage introduces a new level of evaluation.
Using the prepared source as a foundation, a series of reproduction tests and comparative listening sessions are carried out.
During this phase the selection process is repeated with even stricter requirements.
Only those versions that demonstrate exceptional stability of tonal structure, spatial coherence and informational clarity are considered acceptable.
Even within this already highly refined material, a noticeable portion of results is rejected.
The standards applied at this stage are significantly more demanding, and only a small number of recordings successfully meet the final criteria.
The editions that pass this level of selection are issued within the DSE / PSL ARCHIVE program, represented by the PLUS 100 series.
Within the DSE hierarchy this level represents the highest standard of archival releases.
Above it exists only the PLUS 100 PRIME line, reserved for exceptionally rare cases where the recorded material demonstrates an extraordinary level of acoustic precision.

Closing Coda:
Within this structure the DSE / PSL Archive serves as a living body of carefully preserved and evaluated recordings.
It represents the foundation upon which the entire program of reproduction and publication is built.
The PLUS 100 series occupies the upper level of this archive — a line reserved for recordings that demonstrate a particularly high degree of acoustic precision and stability in reproduction.
Above this level exists only the PLUS 100 PRIME category, which is reserved for exceptionally rare cases
where the recorded material reveals an extraordinary degree of structural clarity and sonic integrity.
In this sense the project remains an ongoing process of discovery, evaluation and preservation, where each release represents not only a musical document, but also a carefully achieved point of maximum attainable accuracy.
A Unique Copying Speed for the Prepared Phonogram
— DSE/PSL does not copy data and does not optimize the format.
— DSE/PSL fixes the result as a temporal event.
— An event cannot be transferred: it either occurs or it does not.
— CD-DA is the only form of its fixation.

The use of this marking method on the disc surface is considered acceptable,
as it provides stable product identification, preserves the link to the production record, and does not affect the physical properties of the disc’s working area.

High Definition — precision of sound-structure determinacy.
Composit Pro — an indivisible technological result.
High Definition denotes the degree of determinacy of a sound structure in which temporal, phase, and dynamic relationships of the phonogram are preserved and reproduced without interpretive loss.
The term refers not to format or resolution, but to structural precision.
